Stay Calm

The most important thing when trying to catch a cheating spouse is to keep your emotions in check, especially your temper.   Once you start to get details you may find that it's worse than you thought.  You need to decide if you're prepared to hang in there until you have all of the evidence that you need.   It's very difficult to maintain a calm front when you know what they are doing behind your back.
